McElwain-Olsen Preserve

A 71-acre Nature Conservancy preserve on Arthur Pease Road, once farmland and now upland forest with a beech stand pushing a century old, mixed with white pine and hemlock. A stretch of Glendale Brook curls through the eastern end, past the remains of an old mill and into a small ravine.
