Right now

One of the longest continuous waterfall runs in Massachusetts, dropping through a series of ledges in a hemlock-and-laurel gorge below a quarter-mile trail. An 18th-century grist-mill foundation still sits at the north edge of the falls. The flow can shrink to a trickle over dry rock by late summer, then turn into a booming, spray-soaked drop after spring melt or a hard rain.
