Rock Island Cove Marsh is a salt marsh along the Houghs Neck shoreline that the city has been actively studying and restoring since a 2023 public planning process. It sits behind several of the chunk's small beaches (Fire Station, Rhoda) but has no documented trail system or visitor facilities yet.
