A conservation area bordering Lake Cochichewick and centered on Rea's Pond, part of the same trail network as the town's Mazurenko Farm and Carter Hill land. This was the first parcel North Andover ever acquired for conservation and watershed protection, back in 1975, and its Locust Trail wetland crossing is a good spot to see herons and beaver-felled trees.
