Part of the 146-acre Mazurenko Farm & Carter Hill conservation land, with drumlin views over active farm fields from the top of Carter Hill. It shares a trail network and the Bradford Street parking area with Mazurenko Farm, plus a separate small lot at Bradford Street and Carter Field Road.
