Roughly 100 acres of tall dunes and saltmarsh at the far west end of the island, bordered by Nantucket Sound to the north and Madaket Harbor to the south. Federally protected shorebirds nest here in spring and summer, so fenced areas are strictly off-limits during that window.

There's a dirt lot on the right about 0.8 miles down Eel Point Road past Renown Road; it's the same general area used for 40th Pole access.
