A 210-acre town conservation area nestled between White Pond and South Athol Pond, built from Stoddard and LeBlanc family land plus an additional 11-acre gift. Most trails follow old, easy-to-follow cart roads, including a flat stretch of the former Rabbit Run rail bed through wetlands.
