A 330-acre former Fresh Air Camps property in South Athol, placed under a Forest Legacy Conservation Restriction in 2007 and open to the public for passive recreation. A cart road follows part of the old Rabbit Run Railroad bed through woods where deer, turkey, porcupines and black bear are commonly reported.
