Merrymount Park is Quincy's largest and busiest park, 80 acres off Hancock Street in Wollaston with a playground, amphitheater, shaded picnic pavilion, seasonal bathhouse and boathouse, and fields for baseball, softball, basketball, tennis, soccer, volleyball and football. It abuts the salt marsh at Black's Creek, with a paved loop trail and a forested nature trail along the water.
