Neptune Boulevard Park is the green space city records list officially as McManus Park, stretching between Commercial Street and Neptune Boulevard with a splash pad, play structure, skate park, and ball fields. As of late 2025 the field and skate park were mid-renovation for an all-weather turf surface and skate-park upgrades.
