Lynn Heritage State Park is a 4.5-acre waterfront park in downtown Lynn with a boardwalk along the harbor seawall, a nine-panel mosaic mural depicting the city's history, and views across Lynn Harbor to Boston. DCR is planning a renovation that would add a splash pad and repair the settling seawall and boardwalk.

Is the boardwalk wheelchair accessible?
Only partly right now. Ground settlement has left some sections uneven, with sunken planks in spots. DCR's planned renovation includes a rebuilt boardwalk meant to fix this.
Is there a splash pad here?
Not yet. One is planned as part of a pending DCR redesign of the park, along with a new public plaza and promenade, but it hasn't been built.
