Holyoke Heritage State Park is an eight-acre urban state park along the city's historic canal system, built around a visitor center that tells the story of Holyoke's industrial past. Families mostly come for the playground and small splash pad, plus the neighboring antique Merry-Go-Round and Children's Museum.
