A Conservation Restriction protected section on the eastern side of the town-owned Punkhorn Parklands complex, near the Calf Field Pond and Seymour Pond trail networks. It shares trails, parking and management with the rest of Punkhorn Parklands rather than functioning as a separate destination.

Dogs
Dogs and other pets are not allowed on Brewster's public beaches, tidal flats, landings or public ponds between May 15 and September 15; outside that window leashed dogs are welcome and owners must clean up after them.
Hours
Brewster's ponds and conservation land are open to the public from sunrise to sunset, except for registered campers at Nickerson State Park.
