A 17-acre town green on Route 6A anchored by the 1795 Higgins Farm windmill, a Historical Society blacksmith shop and half-Cape house, plus a bandstand, playground and picnic areas. It also serves as the main parking/trailhead area for walking to Wing Island.

Dogs and other pets are not allowed on Brewster's public beaches, tidal flats, landings or public ponds between May 15 and September 15; outside that window leashed dogs are welcome and owners must clean up after them.
Hours
Brewster's ponds and conservation land are open to the public from sunrise to sunset, except for registered campers at Nickerson State Park.
