Toohig Park is one of the oldest DCR playgrounds still awaiting a full rebuild: a basketball court and aging playground heavily used for community girls' softball, on Gallivan Boulevard above Neponset Circle. A $1.4 million state renovation is set to break ground by mid-2026.
