A roughly 44-acre state Wildlife Management Area of pitch pine-oak forest and vast salt marsh straddling the Yarmouth-Dennis line along Chase Garden Creek; the main maintained trail (about 1.5 miles round trip) is reached from the Dennis side via Chapin Beach Road, while the Yarmouth side consists of unconnected conservation buffer parcels along Pheasant Cove Circle and Homers Dock Road without a dedicated trailhead.
