A wildlife management area entirely within Windsor, threaded with 4.2 miles of trail across abandoned farm fields, wetlands and hardwood forest. It's one of the better-known birding spots in the Berkshires, with nearly 200 species recorded, and MassWildlife keeps openings mowed for woodcock, grouse and pheasant hunting.
