How do I get to the trailhead?
Park in the small pull-off on Lakeview Drive, which holds two to three cars, then pick up the yellow-blazed trail that runs about a mile through the preserve.
Can I bring a dog or go hunting?
Hunting is allowed with a license and blaze orange is recommended in season. No dog-specific policy is posted for the preserve itself, but Winchendon's town-wide leash bylaw requires dogs be leashed or under the owner's control anywhere in town.
