Once one of the area's earlier dairy farms, Mulvehill Conservation Area now protects the headwaters of Purgatory Brook, a town water-supply tributary of the Neponset River, and connects into the Lowell Woods and Antler Alley trail network.

Hours
Westwood's conservation land closes to the public a half hour after sunset and reopens a half hour before sunrise. The Conservation Commission can grant an exception on request. That's the town default unless posted otherwise.
