A 75-acre East Quabbin Land Trust preserve off Wickaboag Valley Road, built around the wetland complex of Sucker Brook, a major tributary to Lake Wickaboag. The site holds the remains of the town's first grist mill (1669) and a stretch of the Old Bay Path Indian Trail, still walkable on the brook's north side.

The preserve has an informal, evolving trail network rather than a mapped, rated system. EQLT has been rebuilding some sections and closing others.
