A dog off its owner's or keeper's property must be held firmly on a leash; running at large is a violation. Owners must pick up after their dog on any sidewalk, street, park or other public area, and must carry something to pick it up with.

No. Riverside Park is the town's own downtown riverfront park with ballfields and a boat ramp; this is a separate, more rural string of DCR land further north along Falls Road and Whitmore Cross Road.
