The walking-trail side of the Stow Acres North Course, managed by the Stow Conservation Department, distinct from a Recreation Department pavilion/ballfield facility that has also historically used the Randall Woods Park name. The Town purchased roughly two-thirds of the North Course (about 109 to 240 acres depending on the source) in January 2023 for conservation and recreation, with a mixed-income housing development planned on the remainder.
