A 580-acre state Wildlife Management Area spanning Stow, Bolton, and Harvard, built in 1968 by the US Soil Conservation Service as a flood-control project on Elizabeth Brook and Great Brook. The Stow side is reached from Harvard Road and offers hiking, birding, and fishing around several impoundment ponds and dams.
