One of Stoughton's oldest surviving farmsteads, built around 1750 by the Capen family and later farmed by the Reynolds family into the 20th century, now town-owned open space in North Stoughton. A town committee is actively planning trails, community gardens, and a dog park here, so parts of the site may still be under development.
