A 145-acre spread of forest, field and wetland on Elm Street, protected in a three-way deal between the Trust for Public Land, the Nashoba Conservation Trust and the town. Two colour-marked loops run from the gravel lot: the Blue Trail through a hornbeam wetland into beech, maple and oak, and the Red Trail along a stream to a bridge.

- George Keyes was a founding member of the Nashoba Conservation Trust and donated a 39-acre conservation restriction on his property in 1987. The Trust for Public Land later bought the farm and passed 106 acres of forest and farmland to the trust and 39 acres of forest to the town.
