Kestrel Land Trust's largest Pelham holding, 289 acres bounded by Buffam, Boyden, and North Valley roads, assembled from a 2017 purchase plus five parcels added through 2019 and including the older Clifford E. Lippincott Conservation Area. Old and new footpaths cross young and mature woods to a flooded historic quarry with a vernal pool, and several paths suit cross-country skiing in winter.
