A 57-acre field and woodland property straddling the Paxton/Leicester line, best known for Woonaskochu's Path, a walk through open meadow full of blue iris, black-eyed Susan, Joe-pye weed and goldenrod in summer. The trail crosses a stone wall and links up with the Southwick Pond trail system.
