George and Lucy Yapp Conservation Land is a 53.6-acre former farm property on the east side of Newtown Road, south of Shaker Lane, purchased by the Town in 2009, with four interconnected trails linking to the Cobb Memorial Forest and Nagog Hill Orchard trail network.
