A large hub of conservation hayfields, pastures, forest and wetland around the historic Codman House and Codman Community Farms, connecting to Mount Misery, Baker Bridge Fields, Flint's Pond, and the Bergen-Culver and Lincoln Public School land. The Codman family held the property from 1790 until 1968, when Dorothy Codman willed the mansion and grounds to Historic New England and 25 acres of forest to the Lincoln Land Conservation Trust.
