A 120-acre wooded preserve jointly owned by the City of Lawrence, the Town of Andover, and the Merrimack River Watershed Council, straddling the town line along the Shawsheen River. It has a granite rock face with fissures used for technical climbing, scenic overlooks, beaver ponds, and Civilian Conservation Corps-era stonework from the 1930s.
