A 240-acre former Girl Scout camp (purchased by the town in 1975) on Monks Hill Road with at least 2 miles of trails and unpaved roadways, several ponds and wetlands, and a small undeveloped canoe/kayak put-in on Smelt Pond. It connects on foot to the neighboring DCR Kingston State Forest and its fire tower.
