Poutwater Pond WMA protects a 392-acre glacial kettle bog pond and surrounding mixed forest and shrub swamp across Holden and West Boylston, just over the Princeton line. It is intentionally kept wild, with no maintained trails, and is best known for its late-June bog orchids and birding.
