A recently protected (2026) parcel at 87 Ayer Road that expands the adjoining Pin Hill Conservation Area and safeguards a section of Bowers Brook, a tributary of the Nashua River watershed. Harvard Conservation Trust describes it as the final piece of land needed to protect the whole of Pin Hill.
