A joint Harvard/Bolton conservation property acquired in 1972 around the headwaters of Bowers Brook, with grassy open fields, deep pine woods, hills, streams, beaver dams, and ponds; the largest water source feeding Bare Hill Pond. Trails connect north to the Bare Hill Wildlife Sanctuary and south into Bolton's Vaughn Hills/Hansen conservation land.
