A 62-plus-acre woodland behind residential lots on East Washington, State, and Brook Streets, renamed in 2009 to honor conservation-minded residents Susan K. Webster and Dana and Norma Billings. About 55 acres are upland oak and white pine forest; the rest is seasonally wet lowland with red maple, yellow birch, and beech, plus two certified vernal pools. The Town acquired the land by eminent domain in 1973, previously known as the Hoder Property.
