A 103-acre retired cranberry bog between Maquan Pond and Indian Head Pond, long known locally as Smitty's Bog, laced with wide flat cart paths and a short trail out to a low bluff overlooking the bogs. The Town purchased the property in 2010 for $1 under the USDA Wetland Reserve Program, which holds an agricultural restriction while the Town retains ownership and management.
