A state wildlife sanctuary in the Taconic foothills near North Hancock, named for Massachusetts state ornithologist Edward Howe Forbush and given to the Commonwealth as a bird and wildlife refuge. It is undeveloped land with no visitor facilities, reached off Hancock Road.
