A town-owned forested conservation property in the northeastern part of Groveland with an extensive marked trail network (Parker Trail, Dr. Poole's Loop, Hale's Way, Blanding's Turtle Trail, Spotted Salamander Trail, Volunteer Way, Carriage Trail, Eagle Trail, Carriage Path North, and Ghost Trail), including a spur reaching the shore of Johnson's Pond. An abutting parcel is held under a conservation restriction by Essex County Greenbelt to be managed together with the Town Forest.
