A 36.5-acre conservation area between the Mohawk Trail and Shelburne Road, formed in 2024 from three neighboring parcels donated by two families. There are no formal trails or public parking here yet. The Conservation Commission has said it wants to open the land for hiking, snowshoeing and birding once access is built.
