A large mix of fields, forest, and former farmland off Soap Hill Road, permanently protected by the Town in 2009 after being farmed by Roger and Luping Pell, including a former Christmas tree farm. Trails link Pell Farm to the neighboring Warren Brook Watershed and George Hill Road trails, and connect on to the roughly 20-mile Grafton Loop Trail.
