A 162-acre town forest on Hoe Shop Road with marked trails across glacial eskers and a pond. Franklin Land Trust bought the land from the Acilio Sandri estate in 2009, funded by two Gill family trusts, then gifted most of it to the town under a conservation restriction. A DCR stewardship grant paid for boundary marking, trail development, and the kiosk.
