Two adjoining conservation parcels on Oak Street: Murray's Brook (about 136 acres on the west side, between I-95 and Oak Street) and Lincoln Hill (about 71 acres on the east side, along the western shore of Smith's Pond and the site of a former children's camp). Both hold headwater streams for the Rumford River and vernal pools with rare amphibian habitat.
