Right now

A 167-acre town conservation parcel on Old State Road, once a dairy farm, now mixed deciduous and coniferous forest with wetlands, streams, cliffs, and stone walls. The town purchased the core parcel from the Ginuisz family in 2006; it grew out of and now encompasses what Mount Grace Land Trust separately documents as the roughly 126-acre "Erving Town Forest," plus a later donated summit parcel reached from the same trailheads.
