Rauscher Farm is a 62-acre town-owned conservation property purchased by Clinton in 2008 after a grassroots Proposition 2 1/2 debt-exclusion campaign. It mixes grassland, wetland and woodland habitat with frontage on Clamshell Pond, a state-designated Great Pond.
