A 65-acre former farm the town bought in 2002, north of Stafford Street off Cemetery Road in Charlton's historic Northside Village. It's leased out to keep its 32-acre apple orchard in production, and a segment of the Midstate Trail crosses roughly 28 acres of surrounding woods and fields.
