Taunton River Wildlife Management Area

A 349-acre collection of WMA parcels strung along the Taunton River and a stretch of the Nemasket River, with floodplain forest, old oxbows, and vernal pools; the Bridgewater access point is a six-car gravel lot on Auburn Street, with other stretches reachable only by canoe or kayak.
