Conservation land off Lockwood Lane that holds the remains of a 1668 iron forge built on Fish Brook by the Leonard family of Saugus Iron Works fame, later replaced by 19th-century saw and grist mills. Trails pass stone foundations, a partial dam, and a mill race with a standing metal turn wheel still visible on the north side of the lane.
