A 254-acre former farm at the end of Herrick Road, with fields, forest, and Falls Brook running through it. A white-blazed loop trail of about two miles starts at the trailhead kiosk and passes mountain laurel, kyanite ledges, and an active beaver pond. The land also protects part of the watershed feeding the Cobble Mountain Reservoir, Springfield's drinking water supply.
