Eagle Lake Town Beach is Holden's lifeguarded municipal swimming beach on Causeway Street, run by the Recreation Department separately from the Mass Audubon sanctuary trails on the other side of the lake. Bathing is only allowed while a lifeguard is on duty and never between dusk and dawn.
