A small pond tucked just off the Route 28/137 rotary at Chatham's western entrance, seen mostly from a short wilderness walk in the adjoining Captain George N. Harding Conservation Area. It reads as surprisingly secluded for how close it sits to the main road.

Chatham parks close 10pm to 6am, and conservation lands are open a half hour before sunrise to a half hour after sunset. That's the town default unless posted otherwise.
